Today we practiced getting into the van.  Seriously.  :)  The kids were all in and buckled in less than 2 minutes!  Impressive, right?

Next week we'll try again, including everyone taking the necessary potty stop and getting shoes on before getting into the van.  (Hey, we have to start somewhere, right?)
