Big J thinks our cauliflower mutated. I *think* I just bought a fun variety but don't remember which kind. What do you think? Would YOU eat it?
Edited to Add: We have an answer! My wonderful SIL identified this plant as the Romanesco Italia variety of broccoli. Now to go harvest it and find out what it tastes like. :)
