Monster trucks

Monster trucks are definitely J's biggest interest right now.  (He's had his 4th birthday party mapped out for about a month now and his birthday isn't until September!)   

So today I return to the playroom from doing some laundry to find this-

J and assistant E had built a monster truck out of the couch cushions and pillows.  (This is what they told me and if you look closely, I think you can see the resemblance.)

Here they are driving the monster truck.  They are obviously aware how bumpy it is inside one as they bounce and shake and twist.  Aren't kids great?!  (Side note - Yes, E's hat is on backward with the tag hanging out.  Have I mentioned that she has her own unique sense of style?)
