A few months back, J and E decided to plant their own garden in the digging spot. One might ask, "With what seeds?" Well, seeds you would find just lying around of course. Specifically, seeds found under the bird feeder. :)
They collected quite a few handfuls, sorted them, and proceeded to plant them. Then they added a nice border and have faithfully tended it since. And surprisingly enough, they have had quite the reward for their labors! This was taken a few days before E was born -
